Description

This Type A jadeite bangle displays a mesmerising hue of blue which is rarely seen in natural jade. This steely blue hue is a cool, soothing colour and is especially refreshing in a natural jadeite bangle.

The cool blue colour is even throughout the jadeite bangle with a small area which has a more saturated hue of blue. In stronger lighting, the jadeite bangle displays a lighter hue of blue. Adding to the mesmerising blue hue, the jadeite bangle has good translucency throughout the bangle. In natural lighting, this translucency allows light to pass through the bangle, adding a watery effect to the jadeite, enhancing the natural blue hue of the jadeite. Translucency of fine jadeite also allows one to ensure that the jadeite material does not contain any cracks that may affect the durability of the jade bangle.
